They have great benefits. Work hours in summer months are awesome due to seasonal work.
Cons
Mircro management Office Manager is a management but treated like hourly associate. No room for growth at location. Employees dont take responsibility for their actions and contact HR to get management in trouble. Managers are indecisive and constantly changing their minds and then stating that is not what they asked.
