Good money , if you don’t mind not having time for a life

Cons

Not organized. Too much work for the pay. Some supervisors and team leaders are byes. HR doesn’t treat employees fairly or properly handle issues brought forward and there’s backlash if you do!

Pay is ok. Employment is pretty stable.

Cons

Hot in the summers, difficult getting parts from vendors on occasion leading to overtime to get back on production schedule.
