Pros

The only pro I can give it is pay.

Cons

If you are not ready to give up your family for your job, this is not the place for you. You are constantly pressured to work over 50 hours a week. Enough is never enough, as regardless of schedule, you will always be "behind". Unrealistic expectations make product quality drop significantly and if you bring attention to management you are told "whose side are you on?" by HR and plant managers. Safety is important, although that sounds like a good thing, it's not. They are concerned about their numbers, not the actual safety of their workers. Workers who are injured are quickly fired, this causes injuries to go hidden as employees fear for their job. A place that truly screams "corporate" culture.

Pay is ok. Employment is pretty stable.

Hot in the summers, difficult getting parts from vendors on occasion leading to overtime to get back on production schedule.
