Great product line, great benefits, pay is average. The company offers a wide variety of opportunities within the industry and in the corporate environment as well. Great opportunity for advancement and growth within the Brunswick Corporation.

Cons

Sea Ray is in a current state of turmoil following several restructures and location adjustments. The operation is chaotic because of poor planning and poor management. Overtime is endless and 50+ hour weeks have been the norm for several years.

Pay is ok. Employment is pretty stable.

Cons

Hot in the summers, difficult getting parts from vendors on occasion leading to overtime to get back on production schedule.
