1. Compensation is too less. In last 3 years salary revision happened only once. And that to it was not good. For some, salary is less than service companies in Pune.
2. Most of the people, especially management people, are the ones who wants to stay in Pune because of their personal goals. Due to this their driving factor is less. They just come to work for the sake of it.
3. Too much of politics, even sub-team members works with each other as if they are are working with service provider. Too much of blame game.
4. No consistent evaluation plan, no growth plan for employees. In fact, managers (barring few good ones) managers does not discuss the growth plan with an employee even during half yearly performance evaluation.
5. Many colleagues have negative views about company work and performance. This negativity keeps your moral down. You need to fight a lot with yourself to get self motivation.
6. Frequent layoffs.
