Pros

They have great training and it is definitely a nice place to start after college and learn more about sales

Cons

The SDR role is more like an appointment setter role, you’re making 400 calls per day.

We agree that our SDR training program is top notch! Our sales trainers put a lot of time and research into ensuring incoming SDRs are given all the tools they need to be successful at Seamless.AI. Our SDRs play an integral role in the sales cycle, as they are tasked with booking meetings and building pipeline, which requires a lot of calls! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you'll continue to grow your career with us!

Pros

Remote work. Entry level job that actually accepts. Okay pay nothing crazy

Cons

Micro managed like crazy. Always in a google meet. The pay just kept declining, They took away a lot of incentives and lowered commissions. They only reason its a 2 is because the people there are great. The workers, not leadership. 1000+ cold calls a day with a 40 quota. Massive lay offs.
