Very unprofessional, the owner curses openly and LOUDLY, completely embarrassing for those talking to external employees or clients. There is a lot of favoritism, if you are one of the owner's favorites you get away with anything and significantly more pay. Most of the older employees are lazy and don't make a team contribution, everyone will try to push work on each other and since it is relatively small alot of things fall through the cracks . Save your energy and time, apply somewhere else.
