      Pros

      SearchPros is a good company to work for. My starting salary was more then I made on my previous contract position.

      Cons

      Vacation pay was only offered after working for them after the first year. Sick leave pay was was adequate but you had to use their portal to get payed. Approval for SL was a long process.

      Pros

      Great experience onboarding. Team was very helpful with everything from onboarding and checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

      Cons

      No Vacation No PTO Bi-weekly pay when all other contracts houses on the same assignment pays weekly. Any time off counts against you period which is insane. Other contract house like Dunhill offers Vacation time and weekly pay.
