      Pros

      Always take care of their employees, Fridge is stocked, Candy breaks in afternoons, Personalize Birthday decorations for each employee's birthday, (which you get off paid). Company is also donates/volunteers to local charities to give back to the local community. SearchPros treats you like family and makes you feel special!

      Cons

      Change the World Tuesday! Never a dull moment at SearchPros, constantly changing trying to improve each day! Failure is NOT an option!

      Pros

      Great experience onboarding. Team was very helpful with everything from onboarding and checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly.

      Cons

      No Vacation No PTO Bi-weekly pay when all other contracts houses on the same assignment pays weekly. Any time off counts against you period which is insane. Other contract house like Dunhill offers Vacation time and weekly pay.
