Pros
I've been able to flex my creative muscles in many different aspects of my job. The team environment starts with leadership. The owners are a welcoming trio of professionals that work hard and know how to get the job done. They expect the same hard work and dedication that they started the company with and are always approachable with questions.
Cons
It is a fast paced office, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. While this is considered a negative to most, if you hit the ground running and ask for help when you need it, you will find your groove before you know it.
