Pros
Free drinks provided. Good people (usually ), flexible hours, social events every month, focus on work hard play hard mentality. Home office given for sales/account positions Good for someone getting their foot into the door of the SEO and content marketing's world or software and SaaS world. Really good if you work in Berlin and/or for the German market as they are a leader in the market.
Cons
International business expansion strategy is erratic at best and lacks a lot of focus, they are in survival mode and unsure of their positioning and place within the international market except for their domestic market Germany where they have a leadership and successful brand awareness position in the German market. Not so much marketing support for some international market Lack of the budget for international expansion due to their past legal costs issues against a competitor in the US. The platform is outdated for the modern enterprise, has stacked in SMB businesses and agencies but it is priced too high for this market. No real technology compare to others competitors and vendors in the market Middle management has no experience in managing and motivating a team, only numbers count - nothing else Struggling to stay relevant and against others player in the market (no awards since 2016) -SDRs and team leader support are somewhat weak. No clue how to do a real lead qualification. Just CHAMP:) You'll have a better chance of hitting your number if you focus on generating your own opportunities
