Pros

SearchSpring has been the best career decision that I ever could have made. I get to be directly involved in the success of the company where the upper-management genuinely appreciate the work that I contribute. I've been able to quickly be promoted within the company as a result of my hard work and I couldn't be happier with the culture.

Cons

I really do not have many negative things to say about this company. Sometimes the management can try to get too involved with smaller things they dont have to.

Team environment. Anyone can contribute good ideas no matter position level. Awesome product.

Pros

None. Used to be a fun and motivating place to work until they brought in a new CEO. Went downhill fast from there.

Cons

The company was bought out and they brought in a new CEO and their posse so it's just one giant clique. New CEO is a ghost, forgot he's even part of the company at times. Seems like only Senior management gets the promotions/ raises. Communication is non-existent. Poor culture. Poor growth opportunities just a lot of false promises.
