Pros

Still a relatively new employee but Sectra really does seem to hire people for the right attitude and ability. So far it seems to be collection of bright people who want happy customers and go the extra mile to make that happen. I've been encouraged to become a subject matter expert where my interests lie and then share the knowledge with my team. Very happy so far!

Cons

Sectra is obsessed with finding the right people. That process took me three months from first interview to job offer. Happy with the result but not everyone can wait three months for a job offer.

Training needs to be better. Engineers should be assigned to new hires to help/shadow. Documentation is lacking (its getting better) After hours support isnt efficient, needs to be redone
