Local guarding management have an extremely limited working understanding of electronic security and are mostly flying blind and trying to force a militant guarding mentality onto the electronics business Regional management are often dishonest, unethical and treat all employees like security guards (including management) The culture and business mottos are great on paper but on the ground in Cape Town they are not truly understood or practiced. Regional leadership in Cape Town are often seen by staff to be egotistical, fake and lack intellect and vision Group sustainability brochures boast about how employees are encouraged to voice their opinions. In reality ground level staff in Cape Town are too scared to have an opinion which dares differ to the militant management Management has no ethics and spends considerable energy on destroying the reputations of ex employees to staff as well as to clients and suppliers. Management does not understand procurement or supply chain best practices and instead base their supply chain and recruitment decisions on personal private relationships
