Pros
The management is very hands-off so it is a great fit for self-starters. I have loved the autonomy and fostered a sense of independence. There is still a lot of collaboration, which is great during Covid while we are all remote.
Cons
If you enjoy being mico-managed or checked in with often, this culture wouldn't work for you.
