Pros
-The people who I work with is the most important factor for my consideration and yet its the hardest criteria to satisfy. Security-scorecard is a true unicorn because of the people here. I have heard many cases where people quit their jobs because of toxic environments that management has allowed/created. Even if not, it is rare to be in a place where you never have to tip toe or think twice on the questions you ask so you don’t appear incompetent. Honestly, I’ve never felt so much honesty and transparency in a social setting not to mention a workplace. People are not competitive, and they aren’t just faking to be politically correct or nice either. The people that gets filtered in are genuinely supportive, resourceful, and humble. It is also at a perfect place between stability(structured resources) and flexibility(lots of room to take your own initiative and make meaningful impact on the company). It’s a place that values intellectual curiosity, honesty much more than how much you know which honestly is not the case in most social interactions. -Also the job is remote so its pretty sweet...
Cons
The company right now is on a hyper growth phase and with that might come with some more uncertainties, needs to take initiatives and less hand helding. If you prefer more directions from your supervisor this might not be what you are looking for.
