Pros
There are some very talented and intelligent people at Scorecard who are great to work with.
Cons
The company strategy is unclear, it shifted from ratings then to new modules with risk quantification and attack surface management and now to services. It was difficult to be customer facing and communicate future state when the organization lacked clear direction. Front line employees spend countless hours on calls with upset customers discussing issues that are caused by these half baked products and features. Issues from customers will sometimes make it to the roadmap or broken windows, but only after lengthy periods of complaints to their account team. Getting paid commission as a part of the revenue team is constantly an uphill battle. Tracking is unclear and not organized, there are constant meetings to be had over structure, under payments, missing deals etc., just to get paid what you have earned.
