Health benefits are reasonable. Many remote work opportunities. Employees are given the opportunity to have their voices heard by upper mgmt.
Cons
Lack of vertical promotions. pay is not competitive per most market studies and often not commensurate with experience. Paid time off and 401k programs are not competitive.
