Pros
Generous PTO, supportive bosses, telecommuting options, great clients.
Cons
No back up during vacation. You are two weeks behind when you get back from a one week vacation. No incentive to better yourself. Every time I ask for training etc. to further my career, the answer is "no". The only way you get promoted is if someone quits or dies. No work life balance. They expect you to be available after hours to dine with clients and management. Very seldom do we see an annual pay raise more than 2% despite a performance review of "exceeds expectations". This despite frequent emails from management re record revenues. Not everyone who works hard to keep clients satisfied are recognized. I'm not yet sure what is required to be a values in action honoree. The company is not committed to acquiring new clients in some lines of business.
