Lots of PTO, paid holidays, decent benefits, nice co-workers
Cons
Low pay for amount of work expected-salaried with no bonuses that I'm aware of, 50+ hours a week to just get by, heavy caseload, most claim examiners have no respect for nurse case managers, evasive/difficult to contact H.R. Dept., micro-management, different standards for CEs than nurses, poor morale, extremely high turnover for "worker bees" as well as management, work hours are not flexible
