Pros

- They provide you will plenty of pens, paper clips, notebooks, etc - Two computer monitors to work on - Steady paycheck every two weeks - Offers direct deposit - (for those working in disability) Clinical staff that you can consult with regarding claims - Representatives within the company managing the medical benefits are very helpful

Cons

- If your department is ever sold to/outsourced to/inquired to THIS company RUN!! All the reviews you have read prior to this review are ALL true! -The same complaints that a person employed with this company had in Ohio we had in FL. - THIS IS THEIR CULTURE! Unorganized, unrealistic expectations, unethical and unorthodox work place practice. - HR/ Payroll department representatives are very rude and unhelpful. *THERE IS NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE!!!!* - Yes, you are given a bucket load of PTO, however, you will NEVER be able to use it. - Sr Claim Examiner were threaten DAILY and were NOT allow to leave the office until their work was done along with anyone else’s work that happened to not be there that day. - Also Sr Claim Examiners, be prepared to work beyond 60 hours a week as a salary employee. All other positions are over time eligible. - Medical benefits are horrible and extremely expensive especially for family plans. Horrible Short Term benefits which are managed in house - I’ve never see so many of my peers have mental breakdowns from working for a company in my 20 years in the workforce. - NOT a diversity driven company. This is shown by those “chosen” to be “subject matter experts” and how they spoke to the minorities during our training and “go live” period.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
