Pros

Very nice benefit package, but could not make up for the torment

Cons

Newer manager with zero leadership skills, training was extremely disorganized and rather than build confidence, brutally tore new hires down. I suspect there is a reason they are ALWAYS hiring - not a week goes by without the same multiple open positions advertised. Chew 'em up & spit 'em out.

Pros

Fully Remote Flexibility — Many roles allow employees to work 100% from home, giving you control over your environment and eliminating commute time.

Cons

Department Variability — Employee experience can differ widely depending on manager, team, and role type.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
