Pros
Flexible time off policies. There is a corporate-wide encouragement for personal growth, but that varies quite a bit by specific office and manager. Health benefits are okay, though not great. Promotions are possible, but like anywhere else, it becomes a matter of who you know and if they like you.
Cons
Many supervisors at Sedgwick report the need to continue their work day at home, often for 5 days a week. If you can keep yourself efficiently on task, this is a work context that you can survive. If not, then expect a very long work week and very little reward from this employer.
