Pros

Great PTO. Best I've seen. Friendly teams.

Cons

Pervasive sense of discouragement. Heavy work load. If you take your generous PTO allotment you may come back to overwhelming amount of work or if teammates are taking their PTO you get bombarded with their work and cannot get your own done. Very Political. You have to get really fast at something you won't need to be considered for promotion (according to TL). . Company promotes "one company one team" for the employees to live and work by, but doesn't live by it themselves. Audits-quality checks are sometimes crazy. Promises made that are not kept such as successfully rebutting your audits and promises of getting your points back. Systems are getting to be regularly not reliable. No allowance for system issues when determining quality / timeliness of your work. Allows their client to flip flop on process -procedures needed making them impossible to adhere to at the speed they want to see. Management seems to set their employees up to fail. The culture and values promoted are not apparent in the work place.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
