Pros
Salaries are fair and at market rate. Company has office activities on a regular basis to promote team building. Some of coworkers were great!
Cons
Employer needs to be honest about working conditions at time of interview. Software is 20 years outdated and you can only use one software at a time without system crashing and more time is spent waiting on software to process request than performing job in a day. Company expects employees to spend their weekends and evenings compensating for poor performance of software. Company's response was to tell all employees that they just needed to be more efficient. Poor training. Depending upon who you ask, you will probably receive as many different answers to same question. Workload unmanageable. Unit understaffed, yet company eliminated half of positions.
