      Working atmosphere is hostile, back stabbing, and managers are not willing to do anything to change it. They have a revolving door and have lost good employees. The Health Benefits are worthless and the same rules don't apply to everyone. They need to clean house at management level in WA state

      Pros

      Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

      Cons

      When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
