      Pros

      Flexible hours, generous vacation and sick time. Little over site. Large pool of clients which gives you a variety of experience.

      Cons

      Unmanageable work loads. No training whatsoever. Upper managers not truthful to clients or employees. Must watch out for yourself. Managers quick to write up good employees.

      Pros

      Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

      Cons

      When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
