      Plenty of PTO Flexible work schedule Good Benefits Tuition reimbursement Casual dress code Lots of holidays

      Cons

      Low salary Promise advancement but only so far ...often hire external for management. Bad raises Good social game is rewarded more than hard work. People who go above and beyond are lumped in with team mbers who do bare minimum and have to share credit when something gets done. Good job TEAM is sent out not recognizing the person who did 95% of the work.

      Remote role only pay check always on time

      Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion. Workload out way the low pay No good benefits Minimal PTO hours No team building, just work work work Micro management at finest Leadership is also bias towards contractors and perms
