Pros

Flexible work hours, casual attire, benefits are great, reimburse for classes (only once you've passed), Great PTO, GREAT training and a place to start as an examiner! Very pro on letting you take classes for advancement (which is not easy to do here) or CEUs

Cons

Managers don't communicate well, most colleagues are not team players and only worry/care about themselves, only reimburse for classes once you can prove you passed, managers have their favorites - if you're not one of them, you get treated completely different & unfairly! Salary isn't the greatest - you can make more money once have experience at almost anywhere else; hard to move up in the company - even w/ designations from classes.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
