Pros

Work from home would be the only one.

LOW PAY, NO RAISES FOR 5 YEARS, LIED TO ON A CONSTANT BASIS. I am not disgruntled. I am completely gruntled. I worked in this place for 5 years and was a SCR, Mentor and a Quality Assurance person. I started at a particular pay rate and was within "ONE" dollar of the same amount after 5 years. I requested pay raises and was told by my lead to "Quit and come back after 6 months" to actually get a pay raise. What a piece of garbage. Also, they should really give urine tests to the employees. Lots of "weeds" growing around there.

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
