Pros

Work from home, PTO,and The entire Implementation Team.

Cons

Pay is low, benefits are terrible, no bonuses, every year you get a merit increase the insurance goes up so there is really no increase of pay. So much more! This company makes too much in profits each year yet the employees never see a true merit raise.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
