Pros

Great PTO and benefits, great starter job, state licenses paid for and managed by licensing coordinator so you never forget.

Cons

high claim volume, not paid as well as regular insurance adjusters, certain clients require more complicated procedures to which management agrees too without consideration of how it affects workflow

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
