Pros

There are really great people working here, they truly are. The compensation and PTO is fair. The initial training is more than adequate.

Cons

There is a general malaise.. a subtle yet somehow deafening depression throughout the office. Everyone is overworked. Upper management promises unrealistic productivity to the clients. I mean obviously unrealistic. I thought initially they were just trying to motivate us. I was wrong.. It was actually in the RFP. Long story short, If your brain requires little stimulation and you are antisocial this place may be for you.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
