Pros

All of the supervisors are friendly and easy to work with. Good benefits and lots of PTO. Coworkers are very helpful and personable.

Cons

It is hard to use the generous amount of PTO given when there is too much to do afterwards. Very stressful trying to meet expectations with a high turnover rate and heavy workload. There is also not really room to grow.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
