-Work remote -Depending on who your supervisor is - not micromanaged

Cons

-Underpay -Expectations set are unrealistic with the case load. Setting metrics and not taking into account system that crash or lag. -literally getting sick from the stress. Going to the doctor to get better and asked “why are you not logged on yet”? -Typical corporate. Drown you with work and expected to meet and exceed metrics. -Understaffed

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
