Pros

The PTO was actually great and a lot of other companies should do up front PTO

Cons

Short breaks, High deductibles insurance, Bad Management, back-to-back calls, Sneaky Company. Examiners never answer the phone. QA always breathing down your back. Micromanagement is high with this company. No one has the answer to provide the caller. Verbal abuse from customers every day is draining. No bonus and very low yearly raises. Turnover rate is very high

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
