Pros

Enjoyed the work I did and my coworkers. Also liked work from home option, but they are phasing this out.

Cons

Management plays favorites and micromanages employees. I was told when trying to move up in company "I wasn't management material" and "education doesn't matter at Sedgwick". Agism is practiced with young and/or attractive workers getting the most opportunities for advancement as well as family/friends of management and groups viewed as diverse. It was a toxic work environment due to management. They have great core values in writing but do not practice them in reality.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
