Pros

NOTHING. NONE. ZERO. NON-EXISTENT. NONE.

Cons

The one "pro" Sedgwick was able to say they had was their 100% work from home opportunities. However, the company recently and RANDOMLY decided that it would be a great idea to force all employees that are near an office, to work in office for 3-4 days out of a week. This decision was abrupt, and we were not allowed any sort of questions or reviews while about it. It also is not what we signed up for when we accepted out roles, the roles we accepted was advertised as 100% work from home. However, no new offer letters and no pay increases have been granted whatsoever. Colleagues are still also paid the same as new hires, the work load is still as high as ever, the role extremely micromanaged, no opportunities for growth, and extremely high expectations with table scraps for pay. 10/10 would NEVER RECCOMMEND, I highly advise steering clear of this organization, if you are looking for employment this is NOT a company you want to risk your life and bills on. The company will do whatever they want to do and will not compensate you adequately and they absolutely do not care about how their spontaneous decisions and policies affect your life.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
