Too much workload, will work you to burnout, expect too much of you, poor management, senior leadership only concerned about money and not about employee mental health from all the work they give you. Genuinely the worst employer I’ve ever known

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
