Pros

Training was alright and the work-from-home option was appealing.

Cons

I was terminated because Sedgwick failed to resolve an IT issue that left me without working equipment. IT told me only management could request replacements, and management claimed IT made the decision. No one owned the problem. My team lead was silent the entire time, and HR gave me no real answers. When I questioned why my pay was reduced, they suddenly claimed I needed an electrician’s report—something IT never required. They offered me three last-minute choices: resign, go to an office (despite being hired remotely), or get fired. I never chose to leave they terminated me due to their own poor communication and lack of accountability.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
