Pros

- Great benefits and perks - Unlimited PTO with a 3 week minimum - Incredible documentation, templates, and training resources - Great culture that makes you feel human - Exec team is extremely accessible and self aware of what each division does, which is huge for an agency - Competitive and transparent salaries - Profit sharing - winning new business doesn't just "make the CEO rich." When Seer does well, we do well - Agency work is busy regardless of what agency you are at, but there is a strong emphasis of work/life balance at Seer - you are trusted to do great work and take the time off that you need - Very focused on being business consultants and not working in silos - Annual budget for professional development - New hires also receive a $400 budget for home office equipment - Great clients; Seer will turn down clients if they are not the right fit

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Seer is made for a very specific type of person: Smart, caring, organized, and collaborative. If you fit here, you REALLY fit. I will admit, the negative reviews had me a bit apprehensive, but I cannot emphasize this enough: You don’t know you’ll like or dislike something unless you give it a chance. And, you should give Seer a chance. You might just learn something incredible. Because of this, I’m over the moon I chose Seer. - exceptional benefits / pay / bonus structure connected to incentivized engagement - brilliant people who care and want to help - unlimited PTO that you’re encouraged to use - Office politics and all that other stuff is not tolerated; the company has some of the best culture I’ve been a part of in a long time - the work can be difficult, but only for short bursts, most of the time it is (75% of the month) straightforward work and innovation. One week will be hectic and then it’s smooth sailing. A very good balance. I used to be overworked every single day. Not here. Managers are here to support you. First company I’ve been at in over a decade where this is the case.

Cons

None at this time! I would say the first 90 days is a learning curve, then it gets exponentially easier. And, everyone answers your questions in the blink of an eye.

Pros

People are smart, hard working, and kind. It’s not about climbing the corporate ladder, but genuinely helping others. Leadership truly believes in their mission and intend to do actual good in the world.

Cons

Management gradually focused more on making money over building up the team. Constant innovation and a grueling workload burned out the long time, senior folks who could get more money and less stress elsewhere.
