Pros

Medical coverage Annual leave (increment base on each year of service and allow carry forward leave) Quarterly incentive (For sales) Flexible benefits (Lump sum payment) Mobile Phone reimbursement

Cons

There are 2 legal entities in Singapore: Singapore Epson Industrial - located at Tuas Epson Singapore Pte Ltd - located at Harbourfront The following review is for Epson Singapore Pte Ltd: 1) Policies not clearly define, lots of ambiguity. 2) Job insecurity (Employees can be terminated without proper and acceptable reasons). 3) Unrealistic timeline which may results in poor work life balance. 4) Minimum career progression. 5) High attrition rate. 6) The company is constantly looking for elites and when you underperform, you will end up in point 2. 7) Frequent Organisation restructuring as a result the company is not able to stabilize itself and employees need to be adaptable to changes and new KPIs from time to time. 8) Sterotyping culture and not readily open to new ideas. 9) Manual process and paperwork. 10) No honeymoon period when you join, new hirer are expected to fly when you are on the job. Prepare to learn on the job and worked long hours to pick yourself up because the company thinks that they have hired an elite not a regular employee. So forget about your work life balance and family time, be prepare to work long hours. No worries, the company issued laptop to bring your work back home to work. If you are game for a dynamic environment and a focus driven person, this company will be suitable to you.
