Pros

The people who work at Sekisui are, for the most part, great people. People are kind and appreciative of their co-workers.

Cons

The pay is not commensurate to the work you have to do. Adding headcount is unheard of, so expect more work to be piled on with no change to compensation. Employee recognition is poor. There's a program for awarding co-workers, but it's severely underused.

Leadership lack direction, They don’t seem like they know what they are doing in making decisions on the products to take to market. Disconnect between head of department and team members.
