Hard working employees 401k match Base compensation is decent

Cons

Senior leadership lacks the skills necessary to run a successful business. The CEO promotes his personal friends to positions they are not qualified for. HR has gone downhill over the last year due to lack of experienced HR leaders. No cutting edge technology. Unethical behavior by key leaders. Lack of diversity. Time is wasted on leadership meetings since all planned initiatives just drop.
