Experienced discrimination based on age, sex and ethnicity on several occasions. Filed three complaints and none were taken seriously or resolved in any way other than to inform me that retraining would occur. Projects incapable of being completed were assigned, and responsibility for them not being completed was placed solely on me. No cooperation between departments evident, unless management used intimidating tactics. Credit for significant cost saving ideas was given to other personnel regularly. Preferential treatment given to certain employees and included compensation, bonuses, time off and promotions. Underqualified and biased management created conflict and economic hardship by rejecting expense reports. Hired under false pretenses, discriminated against and terminated due to dishonest management practices. Very sad to see that this type of environment exists in a company primarily run by minority, non-veteran females, but I am none of those, so maybe therein lies the problem?
