Pros
Introduced and worked with some very nice people, although few and far between. Also, paid the bills while looking for another position at a different company
Cons
High turnover and never enough coverage for the front desk. Employees who are low performers are rewarded while the hard working employees are expected to do even more and treated poorly. Management doesn't seem to really care about anything but the numbers and not concerned over the real issue...why does everyone leave. A recent employee was two days away from her 90 days and could not even stay. Patients are treated like cattle and the main concern is new patients getting on the books. Does not seem to matter if they come back, just as long as that first appointment is completed so that a EVALUATION payment code can be used ( that is where the money is) This company constantly says they are the number on place that people want to work...funny no one stays. PT's are always hired right out of school and Then over worked and just waiting for experience to place on their resume in order to find a different and better company to work for.
