They are very stingy with raises. Therapist can see 20+ patients a day. Directors get large bonuses at the end of the year based on how well the clinic does. The 10% quarterly bonus for hitting productivity that the regular staff receives, 50% gets held until the first quarter of the following year to retain more employees, LAME! Turnover rate with employees is high, except for not shockingly the directors recieving huge year end bonuses.
