Salary is not adequate for work load, the HR “Manager” has no real authority to do anything without Regional approving every aspect of the HR function (zero autonomy), so much is put on all leaders that there isn’t enough time in the day to do it all, having to come in at 2-4 am to play PPE police because the employees aren’t trusted enough to wear masks/eye shields, having to round on patients with zero clinical knowledge, and an archaic attendance points system.
