      great building, love the therapy staff and nursing staff, amazing residents

      Cons

      unrealistic expectations, high productivity. Always feel like what you do is not enough. Changes and benchmarks are randomly set by people behind a corporate desk who have never even been in the building

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
