      I am WOW'd by the amount of negative reviews on here... Personally, I have never worked for a Company that treats their employees as well as SelectQuote does. Being an over-the-phone Sales Agent can be tough, but the Management and atmosphere that SelectQuote has makes it an enjoyable job to return to each morning. Like many things, you get out what you put in. If you are willing to work hard and help Clients, you will be rewarded with a nice chunk of change. There's also tons of opportunity for grow within the Denver office since it's so new!

      Cons

      Selling Medicare plans to Seniors can be tough because many tend to be untrusting and confused. It's really up in the air as to how your clients will be every day

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
